Cancellation Policy

Registration for IREM OC events and educational courses are secured upon receipt of payment. Event registrations cancelled after noon five days prior to the event will not be refunded. Course registrations cancelled more than 10 business days prior to the course, will receive full refund. For cancellations less that 10 business days prior, a $30 handling fee will be charged to refund the course fee or transfer to another course. Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows will be given no refunds or transfers.
